Typecasting
O.K. I'm watching Up in the Air for the first time since I saw it in the theater awhile back. I only have one question, that doesn't have to do with backpacks. It is, as good as this awesome actor is, in Juno, on The Closer, as a therapist on Law and Order whatever episodes, in movies like this, will you ever really, truly, get rid of the image of him as the evil Nazi leader, Vern Shillinger, on OZ? I may be the only female that was completely addicted to that show, but I'm just wondering!
By the way, he seems to have erased Oz from his imdb page. Do I have the wrong actor, or is he trying to get past that scene where he makes Beecher rub his feet?

YOU crack me up!I am so going to follow your rants and I love that you are a TV "crack ho"...as am I. Plus I live in the ATL also!
Thanks Sherry! Nice to meet you!
I too have seen every episode of Oz! Indeed, it was hard to watch him do fatherly fist bumps in "I love you man."
I loved OZ also, was ashamed to tell anyone!
Have you all noticed that everyone from Oz and The Wire has landed on other shows? Adebesi will always be Adabesi to me, Chris Meloni will always be a psycho who has no business being an SUV detective, and Beecher will always be Beecher (he pops up EVERYWHERE from Rescue Me to Army Wives) :)
Looks like Rem Koolhas!
